| Cancellation Policy |

A full refund of conference Pre-Registration fees will be issued if notice is received no later than October 17, 2008. After October 17 refunds are issued at the discretion of the Executive Director.

You will receive confirmation of your Pre-Paid registration via email. Please be sure to submit a current email address with your Pre-Paid registration materials to ensure receipt of this confirmation.

Earn one graduate credit through Viterbo University for 15 hours of session/observation at the Wisconsin State Music Conference. Your 15 hours can include evening and Saturday events, as well as visiting exhibits, attending the WSMA State Honors concerts, etc. The cost is $180 in addition to your conference registration fee. Please see below for registration details and requirements.
Registration
To register you may either:
- Click the check box in the online conference pre-registration program.
- Print and complete a Graduate Credit Registration Form (pdf). Mail the completed form with a check for $180, payable to Viterbo University, to: Terri Felton, WMEA, 1005 Quinn Drive, Waunakee, WI 53597. Please do not send graduate credit registration forms directly to Viterbo University.
- Register during the conference at Conference Headquarters, located in the Grand Terrace on Level 4 of Monona Terrace Convention Center.
Requirements
- Attend 15 hours (two days or equivalent) of the conference. These 15 hours can include Saturday and evening sessions, as well as visiting the exhibits, attending the WSMA State Honors concerts, etc.
- Complete the Credit Validation Form (pdf) and turn it in to Conference Headquarters on the main floor of the convention center, or mail it to WMEA, 1005 Quinn Drive, Waunakee, WI 53597 - no later than November 15, 2008. The Credit Validation Form documents which portions of the conference you attended and what you gained from attending. Copies will be available at the Conference Headquarters when you register for credit, or you may download a copy here.
