Welcome to the exhibitor website for Wisconsin’s largest annual gathering of music educators and student musicians — the 2009 Wisconsin State Music Conference. Over 6,900 people attended conference events last year, including 1,370 registered music educators. If the success of your organization hinges on your relationship with this audience, this is a show you can’t afford to miss!
We are pleased to announce that exhibit costs have remained unchanged for yet another year. As an exhibitor, your complete booth package includes a 10’x10’ exhibit space with 8’ back drape and 3’ side drape, a standard booth identification sign, two chairs, a skirted 8’ table, complete contact listing and 25-word description in the printed conference program, a web link from the WMEA web site, and exhibitor badges for the individuals staffing your booth.
We will again offer a total of four exhibit-only timeslots on Thursday and Friday, when no sessions or performances will be scheduled, as well as a complimentary “exhibitors only” refreshment station during set-up and exhibit hours.
