Welcome to the exhibitor web site for Wisconsin's largest annual
gathering of music educators and student musicians — the 2008 Wisconsin State Music Conference. Approximately
7,000 people attend this annual conference, 1,200–1,400 of whom are registered music educators. Demand to exhibit at this event is strong, and in 2007, more than 10 exhibitors never made it off the waiting list. This
year we've added more viable exhibit space to the show floor (and some booth numbers have changed as a result) but
the best way to ensure you are able to exhibit at this event is to sign up early: Exhibitors who secure their booths on
or before June 13 will enjoy a 5% discount in pricing and the best locations available! Complete pricing details are
in the Application to Exhibit. As one of our estimated 130 exhibitors, your complete booth package includes a 10'x10' exhibit space with 8' back
drape and 3' side drape, a standard booth identification sign, two chairs, a skirted table, complete contact listing and
25-word description in the printed conference program, a link from the WMEA web site, and exhibitor badges for the
individuals staffing your booth.
We will again offer a total of four dedicated exhibit-only timeslots on Thursday and Friday, when no sessions or performances will be scheduled, as well as a complimentary exhibitors only refreshment station during set-up and exhibit hours.
