We are pleased to invite you to exhibit at Wisconsin’s largest annual gathering of music educators and student musicians — the 2010 Wisconsin State Music Conference. Over 6,900 people attended conference events last year, including 1,370 registered music educators. As in years past, commercial exhibitors
who secure their exhibit space on or
before June 18 will enjoy both a 5%
discount in pricing and the best booth
locations available. Colleges, universities and
non-profit exhibitors will benefit from separate special rates. Additionally, exhibitors will have the opportunity to earn referral bonuses, and WMEA 50th Anniversary Commemoration Sponsors are entitled to special discounts.
We will again offer a total of four exhibit-only timeslots on Thursday and Friday, when no sessions or performances will be scheduled, as well as a complimentary “exhibitors only” refreshment station during set-up and exhibit hours.
As one of our estimated 120 exhibitors, your complete booth package includes a 10’x10’ exhibit space with 8’ back drape and 3’ side drape, a standard booth identification sign, two chairs, a skirted 8’ table, complete contact listing and 25-word description in the printed conference program, a web link from the WMEA web site, and exhibitor badges for the individuals staffing your booth.
