Advertising Opportunities

As an exhibitor, you will automatically receive a link from the WMEA web site to the landing page of your choice, a complete contact listing and a 25-word description in the conference program, booth signage, and a clearly labeled location on the published show floor map.  We’ve also created several advertising opportunities to support your organization’s marketing plan.

Please take a moment to explore the possibilities and consider how they can make your involvement even more successful. Whether you’re looking for a ready-made component to complement your existing plan, or would like us to help you shape your strategy at the show, understanding your options is the first step.

Please contact   (608.850.3566) to discuss any of these possibilities, or simply complete the online registration to reserve any of these opportunities.  Checks, MasterCard and Visa are all accepted by the online registration system.

Available Opportunities Include:

Music Advocacy Summit Sponsor

$500 – 1 of 4 sponsorship opportunities remain

This is a new event held in conjunction with the conference.  On Saturday, October 29, from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm, in rooms K-R of Monona Terrace, the Music Advocacy Summit will feature guest speaker Charles T. Menghini and others.

This event will be a gathering of music education stakeholders from around the state and beyond to explore tactical and tangible actions to ensure quality music education for all.  Budget challenges and cutbacks are a reality—but we can meet challenges to realize common goals for music education.

The estimated 200+ participants can expect to walk away with an outline of achievable steps to take, an introduction to a network of like-minded individuals with whom to work in concert and a wealth of resources to use to effect change in home communities.  The Music Advocacy Summit is another in an ongoing series of practical and effective communications from your state music organizations.

Join Hal Leonard and Wenger and J.W. Pepper in demonstrating leadership in music advocacy: Sponsor the Music Advocacy Summit

  • You will be invited to attend the Music Advocacy Summit and have a 6’ table in the meeting room at which you may display and distribute your own advocacy and service materials.
  • A sponsorship announcement will be made during opening remarks.
  • Your logo and link will appear on the web site next to the meeting announcement.
  • Your logo and “Sponsored by:” will appear in the attendee mailer, conference program, emails to WMEA and WSMA membership, the September issue of Wisconsin School Musician and whenever the Music Advocacy Summit is promoted.

Customize Your Landing Page

No cost - Handled by your own Webmaster

Your exhibit package includes both a link from the WMEA web site and your web address printed in the conference program.  Why not customize your landing page to display a targeted message?  Instead of listing your web site as "www.example.com," why not list it as "www.example.com/wmea" or "www.example.com/menc?"

WMEA will charge nothing for linking to your custom page, and you'll greet traffic with a targeted, easily updated message of your own design.  It's a simple way to get the most out of your participation.

In-Kind Opportunities

No cost.

Not all promotional opportunities involve a hard cost!  In many instances, the most visible opportunity is to allow WMEA to shine the spotlight on what your company does best.  WMEA is in need of material support for its conference. Areas of special need always include instruments (pianos, keyboards, percussion, large strings; delivery and on-site maintenance), support equipment (risers, stands, acoustic shells; delivery; installation) and transportation services.  In recognition for all in-kind support provided, WMEA will work with you to ensure you are publicly acknowledged.  Please contact (608.850.3566) to customize an opportunity to feature your products and services in action.
