As an exhibitor, you will automatically receive a link from the WMEA website to the landing page of your choosing, a complete contact listing and a 25-word description in the Conference Program, booth signage, and a clearly labeled location on the published show floor map. We’ve also created several advertising opportunities to support your organization’s marketing plan.
Please take a moment to explore the possibilities and consider how they can make your involvement even more successful. Whether you’re looking for a ready-made component to compliment your existing plan, or would like us to help you shape your strategy at the show, understanding your options is the first step.
Please contact
(608.850.3566) to discuss any of these possibilities, or simply send in the paperwork.
More than 2,000 Conference Programs are printed and distributed to attendees at the conference. All advertisements are printed in black and white, except for the outside back cover, which will be printed color. Exhibiting advertisers receive preferential rates and placement in the Conference Program:
Make your company listing in the Conference Program stand out! Include your company’s logo at the top of your listing for an additional $50. Logos will be printed in black and white and will be no larger than 1 1/2”w x 1”h.

Wisconsin School Musician, the official magazine of WMEA and WSMA, is published three times a year. If you are interested in your conference ad appearing in the Sept. 15 issue, please complete the insertion order before July 28.
Space Reservation Due September 4; Artwork Due September 11.
$500 – Two spots available
All attendees receive a folder containing the conference program and other vital materials when they register. Two opportunities exist for an exhibitor to feature a 6”w x 3”h ad on the inside flap (one right, one left) of this folder. Ads will be printed in color. This highly visible opportunity would be particularly well utilized as a “call to action” reminder urging attendees to visit your exhibit for a pre-defined purpose or offer.
Sponsorship Reservation and Artwork Due August 31.
$750 - High School Honors Program Outside Back Cover Ad (4,000 printed)
$650 - High School Honors Program Interior Full Page Ad (4,000 printed)

$400 - Middle Level Honors Program Interior Full Page Ad (2,000 printed)
WSMA State Honors Music Project concerts are scheduled in conjunction with the conference, and WSMA produces two printed programs to be distributed at these events: one for the Middle Level concert, and another for all High School concerts. In both cases, advertising is available. All ads are 6 1/2”w x 10 1/2”h. Programs are printed in black and one spot color to be determined by WSMA at a later date. Advertiser content must be in keeping with WSMA Standards.
All participants at the Conference wear name badges at all times. Sponsorship means your company’s 3 1/2”w x 2”h message will be printed in half-tone on the back of all Attendee name badges.
The Attendee Resource Center web site is the home of all Conference material relevant to our Attendees. Before the Conference, this includes: on-line registration, housing details, Honors group conductor bios, workshop and performance schedules, and more. After the Conference, this includes Attendee surveys, and session hand outs.
Your non-animated web graphic (GIF or JPEG, < 40 kb, 180 pixels wide x 150 pixels high) will be one of no more than five always in rotation on multiple pages within the Attendee Resource Center, and will link to the URL of your choice.
You may update the image we host up to once a month throughout the seasonal run. The season begins when we receive your paperwork, and ends on November 30. Advertiser content must be in keeping with WMEA standards.
Space Reservation and Artwork Due Sept. 10, Sept. 29 and Oct. 6.
Newsletters sent weeks of Sept. 21, Oct. 5 and 19.
$150 – Three spots available (Limit one advertiser per newsletter.)
WMEA and WSMA do not sell or share member email addresses. We do, however, send three pre-conference email newsletters to our membership, and offer a singular advertising opportunity in each.
Your ad will include a 100-word message, your 100x100 pixel non-animated GIF or JPEG graphic, and a link. The newsletter will be sent to more than 3,300 prospective attendees and include on-line registration and important scheduling information and Conference details. Advertiser content must be in keeping with WMEA standards.
Your exhibit package includes both a link from the WMEA web site and your web address printed in the conference program. Why not customize your landing page to display a targeted message? Instead of listing your web site as "www.example.com," why not list it as "www.example.com/wmea" or "www.example.com/menc?"
WMEA will charge nothing for linking to your custom page, and you'll greet traffic with a targeted, easily updated message of your own design. It's a simple way to get the most out of your participation.
Not all promotional opportunities involve a hard cost! In many instances, the most visible opportunity is to allow the WMEA to shine the spotlight on what your company does best. WMEA is in need of material support for its Conference. Areas of special need always include instruments (pianos, keyboards, percussion, large strings; delivery and on-site maintenance), support equipment (risers, stands, acoustic shells; delivery; installation) and transportation services. In recognition for all in-kind support provided, WMEA will work with you to ensure you are publicly acknowledged. Please contact Michelle Dietz (608.850.3566) to customize an opportunity to feature your products and services in action.
