WISCONSIN STATE MUSIC CONFERENCE
Advertising Opportunities
Delivering Your Sound Marketing
WMEA works to support the success of Exhibitors at the Wisconsin State Music Conference. We automatically offer several complimentary opportunities for visibility, including: dedicated exhibit times without conflicting sessions or performances, a (year-long) link from the WMEA website to the landing page of your choosing, a 25-word description in the Conference Program (up to 50 words for Exhibitors occupying more than 100 square feet of exhibit space), booth signage, and a clearly labeled location on the published show floor map. We’ve also created several advertising opportunities to support your organization’s marketing plan.
These opportunities are designed to:
- Increase your sales --- both in your booth and beyond.
- Reinforce your message to a very targeted audience.
- Educate the educators who make and influence decisions in schools.
- Build goodwill between your company and music education professionals.
- Help the WMEA maintain quality and excellence in programs and events.
Pre-show planning is an essential component of success. Please take a moment to explore the possibilities and consider how they can be leveraged to make your involvement as successful as possible. Whether you’re looking for a ready-made component to compliment your existing plan, or would like us to help you shape your strategy at the show, understanding your options is the first step to success.
Please contact Michelle Dietz (mdietz@wsmamusic.org; office: 608.850.3566; mobile: 608.695.3510) to discuss any of these possibilities, or simply send in the paperwork.

In-Kind Opportunities
No cost.
Not all promotional opportunities involve a hard cost! In many instances, the most visible opportunity is to allow the WMEA to shine the spotlight on what your company does best. WMEA is in need of material support for its Conference. Areas of special need always include instruments (pianos, keyboards, percussion, large strings; delivery and on-site maintenance), support equipment (risers, stands, acoustic shells; delivery; installation) and transportation services. In recognition for all in-kind support provided, WMEA will work with you to ensure you are publicly acknowledged. Please contact Michelle Dietz (mdietz@wsmamusic.org or 608.850.3566) to customize an opportunity to feature your products and services in action.
