Conference Hotel Information

Hotels fill quickly and rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Room blocks and discount group rates do expire and each hotel's policy is different, so we encourage you to reserve your room today! Hotel reservations must be made by phone with the hotel itself to receive these rates. All rates subject to sales and occupancy tax.

To make your hotel reservation:

• Make your reservations directly with the hotel of your choice.  Phone one of the conference hotels listed below.
• Ask for the “Wisconsin State Music Conference Room Block” to receive discount.
• Please have the following ready:
  • Your credit card information
  • Arrival and departure dates
  • Room type preferred, based on availability: (Queen or King Bed, One Double Bed, Two Double Beds...)
  • Smoking or non-smoking requirements
  • Handicapped accessibility requirements
  • Names of others staying in your room
• Your hotel will send you a confirmation and bill. Call the hotel if you have questions.
