You are invited to exhibit at WIsconsin's largest annual gathering of music educators and student musicians-the Wisconsin State Music Conference. Join us in Madison for four days of events and two days of exhibits. Conference attendance averages over 7,000 of your customers, including more than 1,200 registered music educators and 1,400 student performers in addition to parents and chaperones, conductors, presenters and audience members. Exhibitors introduce key-decision makers to their products and services, while demonstrating tangible support of professional development for music educators at the conference. 

As in years past, commercial exhibitors who secure booth space on or before June 14 will enjoy both a 5% discount, and the best booth locations available. Colleges, universities and non-profit exhibitors are also entitled to special discounted rates. We will again be offering a total of four exhibit-only time slots on Thursday and Friday, during which no sessions, performances or meals will be scheduled.

  • $386 for standard 10' x 10' booths in main exhibit hall
    (Premium space available separately at regular commercial rates.)
  • $515 for 8' x 10' booth space on Capitol Promenade 
    (SOLD OUT!)
Your complete exhibit package include a 10' x 10' booth space (8' x 10' on Capital
Promenade) complete with 3' side drape and 8' back drape, one black skirted, vinyl
covered, 8' x 30" table, two chairs, one 7" x 44" sign, exhibitor name badges for 
your booth staff, a listing and exhibitor description in the conference program, a
direct link in the online exhibitor listing, and a complimentary exhibitor only beverage
station during set-up and exhibit hours.
