Lakeland College CMENC chapter currently has 10 members. There chapter is active in the community doing the following:
- Organize and host the Sheboygan Middle School Solo and Ensemble contest
- Help out with the Sheboygan Youth Symphony (a current goal for this year)
- Volunteer at Sheboygan Symphony Concerts, where members work the ticket booth and help with the conductor/ guest artist receptions after the concerts.
- Fundraise on Valentine's day performing musical valentines.
