Committee Duties
Tri-M Advocate
The Tri-M advocate will promote and encourage assistance by CMENC chapters in establishing new Tri-M chapters throughout the state of Wisconsin. The advocate’s job is also to work with Tri-M chapters that already exist and find ways to include them in activities that the Steering Committee organizes to encourage them to pursue a future in music education. Other duties include:
- Stay current with Tri-M literature and activities.
- Write articles for the newsletter to inform others of Tri-M chapter growth and activity and to reinforce the importance of starting more chapters.
- Work with the Tri-M organization representative to the WMEA council.
