The CMENC membership advocate will contact chapters that have zero or very low membership and offer help and support to get their chapters up and running. The advocate acts as a reliable source for new ideas on recruiting and maintaining members, as well as activities chapters can do to further the importance of CMENC's role in promoting music education.
