MIOSM Chair

The MIOSM Chair will organize an event for the CMENC chapters around the state.  At the winter meeting ideas for new events can be brainstormed and then one event needs to be chosen that they think will work best.  The activity can be one that has been done in years past. 

Then, following our January meeting, a letter may be sent to the WMEA office where it will be duplicated and sent out to the chapters. This letter should also be posted on the website.  Collegiate Council members will be responsible for contacting their chapters to ensure they received the letter from the state office and to encourage them to participate in the event. 

Articles should be written for the newsletter to inform everyone know which schools participated in the event and include any other information they should know about the event.
